We know how much every city employee makes in Houston Texas

Yesterday, the "Houston Chronicle" decided to get a few things out in the open . . . by publishing the salaries of EVERY public employee in the city (--meaning public school workers, police officers, transit workers, etc . . .).

(Houston Chronicle)

So you know, the guy earning the most is a guy named Abelardo Saavedra. He's the superintendent of schools, and he pulls in $442,556 a year.

Even if you don't live in Houston, it's still interesting to see what people's salaries are. You can check out how much the highest-paid public employees in Houston are making here .
