A guy wrote a book about toilets that have great views

According to the World Toliet Organization, the average person spends three years of his or her life...sitting on the toliet.

With that in mind a guy named Luke Barclay scoured the earth to find toliets that have exceptionally beautiful views...and then he wrote a book about it.

Here's a list of ten cars you can live in after you lose your home.

Right now, we're in the middle of a terrible housing crisis . . . and Americans are losing their homes left and right.

--Anyway, if you're one of those people who've lost their home, we tracked down a list of TEN cars you can live in . . . after your home is repossessed. (Jalopnik)

(--Take a look at this relatively insensitive list here . . .)

Gretchen Wilson vs. Black Crows

The BLACK CROWES are claiming that GRETCHEN WILSON'S song, "Work Hard, Play Harder", is a rip-off of their 1991 smash, "Jealous Again".

--Their overpriced lawyers have served copyright infringement notices to Gretchen and the song's publishers . . . and their manager is talking like this is a slam-dunk deal.

--Here's the manager's official statement, quote, "We find the music verses of Wilson's song to be such an obvious example of copyright infringement that I expect all parties to reach a relatively quick resolution to avoid litigation."

--By "music verses" he's talking about the melody . . . and I hate to say it, but they are strikingly similar. Listen to our podcast and hear for yourself. (our podcast is in the upper right hand corner of this page)

After you listen, be sure to vote!

Thanks! Brad & Jackie

Are you living near a meth lab?

Did You Know: For every ONE pound of methamphetamine produced in a home lab, SIX pounds of toxic waste is generated?

(--Maybe you're wondering how often that sort of thing happens. Well, pretty often, actually. Meth is easy to make, and a lot of people set up labs in their bathtub or basement.)

--That said . . . wouldn't you want to know if the house you were thinking about putting an offer on was ever used as a crank lab?

--Of course you would . . . and now you can, thanks to the Drug Enforcement Agency's new National Clandestine Laboratory Register.

--Basically, the Register is a website which allows you to look up houses in your state which have been identified by Johnny Law as one-time meth labs . . . so you can quickly see if your house, or one in your neighborhood, has ever been used to cook dope. (WalletPop)

(--Take a look at the Register here. Check out how many meth labs are in Missouri. Crazy.)
